Meet Françoise
I’m Françoise Pollard, a Realtor helping clients across the GTA and Niagara. Our story as a couple has always included real estate. Over the years we’ve moved ten times and lived in Brampton, Caledon, Vaughan, and now St. Catharines. Every move taught me something about timing, transition, and the importance of making decisions that support the next chapter of your life. Those experiences guide the way I support clients today.
Before real estate, I worked as an account manager. I met Keith at the gym, and from the beginning he noticed how easily I connected with people. He was the first to suggest that real estate might be a natural path for me. His comment stayed with me. A year later we bought our first home together, and as my career began requiring travel across Canada, I knew I wanted work that kept me closer to home and allowed me to build meaningful relationships. I earned my licence in 2006 and began helping clients make thoughtful, informed real estate decisions.
Helping Buyers & Sellers
I help clients with downsizing, divorce related real estate, first time home buying, and buying or selling in both the GTA and the Niagara Region, including those relocating between the two. Clients appreciate my honesty, organization, and ability to simplify every step of the process. I provide professional staging, strategic marketing, and steady support from our first conversation to closing day.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me at the gym, spending time with family, walking along the Welland Canal, filming community videos, or discovering new cafés around St. Catharines. I enjoy learning about neighbourhoods and sharing the lifestyle that brought Keith and me to Niagara. And for fun, I tend to change my hair colour often, which has become a bit of a signature and always brings a smile to clients who’ve known me over the years.
