Meet Françoise
I became a Realtor® in 2006, but real estate has been part of my life for much longer. Keith and I have moved ten times and lived in Brampton, Caledon, Vaughan, and now St. Catharines. Some of those moves were exciting. Some were exhausting. All of them taught me how to read a market, make confident decisions, and stay focused when everything around you is shifting.
Our biggest move was downsizing from a 5+2 bedroom home in Vaughan to a back split near the lake in St. Catharines. We weighed the finances, visited communities, and thought carefully about what we wanted our daily life to look like. Before real estate, I worked as an account manager. I met Keith at the gym, and he was the first to suggest real estate might be a natural fit. A year later we bought our first home together, and I earned my licence shortly after. I haven’t looked back.
I tell my clients all the time: you can’t time the market. But you can make a smart, well-informed decision at the right time for your life. That’s what I help people do.

I help clients with downsizing, divorce-related real estate, first-time buying, leasing during a transition, and buying or selling across the GTA and Niagara Region. Whether you’re purchasing, listing, or looking for a lease while you plan your next step, I bring the same honesty, organization, and attention to every client. I coordinate professional staging for sellers through our trusted network.
I tend to change my hair colour often, which has become a bit of a signature and always brings a smile to clients who’ve known me over the years. It says something about how I approach life: with energy, a willingness to embrace change, and a little fun along the way.
Outside of real estate, you’ll find me at the gym, walking along the Welland Canal or Lake Ontario, or out in the garden. Now that Keith and I are living in St. Catharines, I’m learning how to grow our own vegetables, which has been a whole new adventure. I also love shopping for deals between appointments. Clothes and shoes are my weakness, and I’m not sorry about it. When I’m not doing any of that, I’m filming community videos or discovering new cafés around St. Catharines.
