Luxury Finishes at 21 Coldwell Bay Circle Kleinburg
The main level featured wide-plank hardwood flooring, wainscoting, crown moulding and eight-inch baseboards. Motorized blinds and custom window treatments added another level of convenience throughout the home.
In the living and dining areas, a custom TV wall with an electric fireplace created a focal point. Statement lighting and recessed lights complemented the upgraded finishes while keeping the space functional for everyday living.
A Kitchen Designed for Cooking and Entertaining
The kitchen offered both generous workspace and storage. Fisher & Paykel stainless steel appliances were paired with a waterfall quartz island, pot filler and custom cabinetry.
A built-in secondary stove and microwave added extra cooking capacity. Meanwhile, the large walk-in pantry provided additional storage away from the main kitchen.
Five Bedrooms and Second-Floor Laundry
Upstairs, the home offered five bedrooms. The primary suite featured two walk-in closets, a coffered ceiling and motorized window coverings. Its five-piece ensuite included a freestanding tub and glass-enclosed shower.
Two additional bedrooms shared a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Another upgraded four-piece bathroom served the remaining bedrooms. In addition, the second-floor laundry room with an LG washer and dryer kept laundry close to the bedrooms.
Legal Two-Bedroom Basement Apartment
One of the property’s most significant features was its finished legal basement apartment. The lower level included two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a separate entrance.
The apartment also featured its own kitchen with granite countertops, subway tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Oversized and egress windows brought additional natural light into the lower level.
A separate 100-amp electrical panel and smart hydro meter provided the ability to track electricity use independently. These features gave the lower level flexibility for an extended household or separate residential use, subject to the owner’s individual needs.
Additional Features and Six-Car Parking
Practical details weren’t overlooked. The home included a mudroom, two main-floor coat closets, central vacuum, air conditioning and an irrigation system for the front and back yards.
Outside, the extended driveway provided parking for four vehicles, while the two-car garage increased the total to six. The property also had no sidewalk across the driveway.
