Most agents sell houses. We help people through transitions. We’ve moved ten times, and our biggest was downsizing from Vaughan to St. Catharines. That shapes how we work with buyers, sellers, and lease clients across the GTA and Niagara Region. Whether you’re buying, selling, downsizing, going through a divorce-related sale, relocating, or leasing, you’ll work directly with both of us from start to finish.
Françoise Pollard – Realtor®
Françoise brings clear communication, strong organization, and a client-focused approach to every move. She helps buyers, sellers, and lease clients understand their options, plan each step with confidence, and make decisions that support their long-term goals. She’s been a licensed Realtor® since 2006 and has personally experienced nearly every type of move she now helps clients through.

Keith Goldson – Real Estate Broker
Keith spent more than twenty years as a union steward and advocate before becoming a licensed Broker. We provide one month of professional staging through our network of trusted stagers and connect you with legal, mortgage, and inspection partners when needed. Our role is to make your move easier by focusing on the decisions that matter most.
