Gemma Condos Mississauga | 15 Watergarden Drive
Property Description
Gemma Condos Mississauga is located at 15 Watergarden Drive in Pinnacle International’s Pinnacle Uptown community near Hurontario Street and Eglinton Avenue. Originally marketed as a pre-construction development, Gemma has since been completed, making the original information on this page about future occupancy and anticipated pricing outdated.
For buyers considering a condo in Mississauga, our Buyer Services explain how Keith and I help buyers evaluate more than the individual suite. We also look at the building, location, monthly costs and other factors that can affect your purchase and future resale.
Gemma Condos at 15 Watergarden Drive
Gemma is a 35-storey condominium with approximately 406 suites. The building forms part of the larger Pinnacle Uptown master-planned community in Mississauga’s Hurontario area.
Suites were designed with contemporary finishes, including laminate flooring, stone kitchen countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances and in-suite laundry. However, finishes and layouts vary by unit. Buyers should therefore review the specifications of the individual condo they’re considering.
A Convenient Hurontario and Eglinton Location
Location is one of Gemma’s strongest features. The building is situated near Hurontario Street and Eglinton Avenue, providing access to shopping, restaurants, public transit and major roads.
Square One Shopping Centre and Mississauga’s City Centre are also nearby. In addition, residents can access MiWay bus service throughout Mississauga.
Hazel McCallion Line and Transit Access
The original marketing for Gemma referred to the upcoming Hurontario LRT. Today, the project is known as the Hazel McCallion Line. Construction is still underway along the Hurontario corridor, so it should not be described as an operating transit option yet.
According to Metrolinx, the Hazel McCallion Line will provide approximately 18 kilometres of light rail transit along Hurontario Street between Port Credit GO and Brampton Gateway Terminal.
Buying a Condo in Mississauga
Buying a resale condominium is different from purchasing a pre-construction unit. In addition to evaluating the suite itself, buyers need to understand maintenance fees, parking and locker ownership, building rules and the condominium corporation’s financial and legal documents.
That’s why we recommend looking beyond finishes and amenities when comparing condos. Our Buying a Home in Ontario guide provides a broader overview of the buying process and the decisions you’ll make along the way.
Considering Gemma Condos or Another Mississauga Condo?
Gemma’s location within Pinnacle Uptown makes it one of several condominium options available to buyers looking around Hurontario and Eglinton. The right building, however, depends on your budget, preferred layout, monthly carrying costs and lifestyle.
If you’re considering Gemma Condos or another condominium in Mississauga, our Buyer Services explain how Keith and I help buyers compare properties, assess value, prepare an offer and work through the purchase from the initial search to closing.
