Meet Keith
Keith Goldson built his career around people long before he became a Realtor®, and later a licensed Broker. He spent more than twenty years in the trucking industry, working closely with drivers across Ontario and serving as a union steward representing more than 200 colleagues. Advocacy came naturally to him, and he became the person people trusted when they needed guidance, a steady voice, or someone who would genuinely listen.
Real estate had been a long-standing interest in Keith’s life. He believed strongly in home ownership and often found himself discussing homes, investments, and renovation ideas with friends, family, and anyone who asked for advice. In 2015, after years of helping Françoise behind the scenes with staging, open houses, and marketing, he followed his passion and joined her full-time. Together, they formed the Keith & Françoise Real Estate Team, serving clients across the GTA and Niagara Region.
Helping Buyers & Sellers
Today, Keith is known for his calm, practical approach and his ability to simplify complex decisions. Whether clients are downsizing, relocating, buying their first home, or selling after a major life change, Keith brings structure, clarity, and patience to every step of the process. Clients appreciate the way he communicates, the time he takes to understand their goals, and the strong relationships he builds along the way.
Keith thrives on meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds, and he approaches every transaction as an opportunity to make someone’s life easier. His background in negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution continues to serve clients well in the fast-paced Ontario real estate market.
Outside of real estate, Keith is a dedicated father to his two adult children from his previous marriage, Tremaine and Brittany. He also has a deep love for animals, especially dogs, and hopes to one day have two Weimaraners. When he’s not working with clients, Keith enjoys exploring local neighbourhoods, supporting small businesses, and spending time with Françoise as they continue to grow their business and serve families throughout the GTA and Niagara.
