Meet Keith
Keith Goldson built his career around people long before he entered real estate. He spent more than twenty years in the trucking industry, working alongside drivers across Ontario and serving as a union steward representing over 200 colleagues. He became the person people trusted when they needed someone to listen, speak up for them, and help them figure out their next move.
Real estate had always been a genuine interest. Keith believed in home ownership and often found himself talking about homes, investments, and renovations with anyone who asked. In 2015, after years of helping Françoise behind the scenes with staging, open houses, and marketing, he followed his passion and joined her full-time. Together, they formed the Keith and Françoise Real Estate Team, serving clients across the GTA and Niagara Region.
Helping Buyers, Sellers & Lease Clients
Keith’s background in negotiation, advocacy, and conflict resolution shapes how he works with buyers, sellers, and lease clients today. In a multiple offer situation, he stays calm, reads the dynamics, and advises clients on how to position themselves without overextending. When a deal hits a snag, his instinct is to find the path forward rather than let things stall. That same approach applies to lease negotiations.
Keith thrives on working with people from different cultures and backgrounds, and he sees every transaction as a chance to make someone’s life easier. His years representing colleagues in high-pressure settings gave him the ability to listen carefully, advocate clearly, and stay composed.
Outside of real estate, Keith is a dedicated father to his two adult children, Tremaine and Brittany. He has a deep love for animals, especially dogs, and hopes to one day have two Weimaraners. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys exploring local neighbourhoods, supporting small businesses, and spending time with Françoise as they continue to serve families throughout the GTA and Niagara.
